On June 24, Secretary-General Li and his delegation from WIFFA Global Freight Forwarders Credit Alliance paid a visit to our company. The two sides held amicable discussions on collaborative cooperation among freight forwarding enterprises. As the chair entity of the South America Booking Special Branch Platform, our company drew on its in-depth experience in South American transportation to share insights and observations on the South American market with the guests, and exchanged views on potential avenues for future cooperation.
Integrate Resources to Empower Collaboration

To begin with, Secretary-General Li of WIFFA briefed the attendees on the alliance’s recent visit schedule and development philosophy. As a major collaborative platform for freight forwarders worldwide, WIFFA is committed to boosting information sharing and business cooperation among its members. Deputy Secretary-General Liu added that the platform is currently sorting out the professional strengths and resource advantages of its member enterprises. Through more precise resource matching, it aims to help members identify more cooperation opportunities in project partnerships, port coordination and overseas agency services.
A recurring consensus throughout the discussion was that members should engage in frequent exchanges and open communication by laying out their respective strengths and demands. Information sharing enables the discovery of cooperation intersections to drive deeper partnerships. Only by fully understanding each other’s strengths can parties realize complementary advantages and deliver coordinated efforts.
Build a Foundation in Brazil to Expand Across South America

During the talk, Chairman Zhou outlined the company’s overall layout strategy for the South American market. At present, we have established a branch office in Brazil to deliver a full spectrum of local services including customs clearance and last-mile delivery. With in-depth knowledge of local regulatory policies, we can provide customized recommendations for clients, making South America a strategic priority for our business growth.
Given the long geographical distance to South America, we have chosen Brazil as our entry point. The plan is to consolidate our presence in this representative market first, then steadily expand coverage to the whole South American region.
From a business perspective, Manager Wang from our Marketing Department stated that chemical products constitute our core cargo category. We maintain close partnerships with numerous shipping lines, granting us extensive route coverage and ample container space. Meanwhile, we are actively tracking shipping demands for emerging goods such as new energy products, electric vehicles and energy storage cabinets to lay long-term groundwork for future business expansion.
Boost Cooperation Through Exchanges, Pursue Growth Via Coordination

The entire meeting proceeded in a relaxed atmosphere. Both sides agreed that amid increasingly fierce competition within the freight forwarding industry, identifying clear market positioning, specializing in niche sectors, and maintaining sound communication with industry peers constitute a vital path for sustainable corporate growth.
Moving forward, with joint efforts from both parties, we firmly believe the South America Booking Special Branch Platform will achieve even greater progress.
